Ir John Mok, Co-founder and Chairman of Automatic Manufacturing Limited (AML) since 1976, has over 35 years solid experience in engineering & manufacturing of electronics and biomedical products. Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Medical & Healthcare Device Manufacturers Association; Industry Advisor and Committee Chairman to four universities in Hong Kong (HKU, CUHK, PolyU, CityU), Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hong Kong Government Industry Department. Led AML Group won the 2004 Quality Grand Award & 2005 Productivity & Quality Award for Hong Kong Industries, and was awarded Directors Of The Year Awards 2005 by The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and set up Corporate University in 2003.

John is also actively serving community organizations as Independent Non Executive Director (INED), Angel Investor and Venture Mentor in Technology Entrepreneurship, Business Matching, Strategic Management and Corporate Governance.

Ir Dr KM Chow, has over 16 years experience in engineering and management in global companies in Hong Kong. Joined AML as Corporate General Manager in 2003, responsible for developing corporate strategies and diversification portfolio, collaborating technology research, innovating product development, nurturing new divisions start up, and promoting corporate university coaching.

Mr James Li, Division General Manager (Office & Telecom Equipments), joined AML in 1983, has been manager of various departments (manufacturing, quality, electronic design, project management) before promoting to Factory Manager and then Assistant General Manager in 1992.
