Mold Making

Our mold-making house is well-equipped to provide high quality molds and professional advice. Using ProENGINEER, Solidworks, MasterCam and other software. Our CAD/CAM team designs mold structure and simulates mold flow analysis and program DNC machine.

To assure precision we use CMM machine to check full dimensions of electrodes, mold cavities and inserts and molded parts for compound Cpk consistency.
