| MEDICA in Germany, 16-19 November 2006 |

AML participated Medica, the most prominent trade fair for medical devices last year. This event gathered top-notched companies, traders and visitor around the world during Nov 15th to 18th of November, 2006. Our booth 7AC25F was in Hong Kong Pavilion organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council. We met our existing clients as well as new potential customers during the show. There is an increasing trend of hospital grade devices that are re-designed to suit home use such as family planning device, ECG, and pain relief device. This coincides with the longer life expectancy of the general public. We displayed our capability in manufacturing of medical device. Our facility is ISO13485 certified and the factory is vertically integrated from plastic injection, SMT to box build capability. In addition we displayed some prototypes to show the design capability that we can fulfill those OEM customers who need more engineering driven projects.

| MIDEST in France, 7- 10 November 2006 |

Paris is a country which is well developed in technology especially in RF and high tech industry. AML had participated in MIDEST in France at Paris-Nord Villepinte in Nov 2006. This was the first time that AML Group participated in the show in France. The show was held at 7 ?10 Nov, 2006. Total 1,736 exhibitors from 39 different countries and AML Group is one HK company which has the booth in the show. The main purpose is to show our manufacturing capabilities and introduce AML Group in order to broaden our customer base in France and get well prepared for globalization. We strongly believe it is a good chance to globalize AML Group.

| MD&M Minneapolis in US, 25- 26 October 2006 |

We are proud to have participated in MD&M Minneapolis 2006, one of the largest medical trade shows in US. This is the first time for us to participate in the show. We hoped to demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities to the visitors and it was proven successful in the show. We met, discussed and interact with our visitors during the period. Not only business opportunities were shared, but also knowledge and experiences in manufacturing business. We sincerely hope that we can meet you in the show in 2007

We participated in Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) 2006 in Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre at Booth no. 2G10,12. During the exhibition period, 13-16 October, we have shown our innovative electronics products including personal care devices, telecom products, & home automation products, etc.

| Our Chairman, Ir Mr John Mok presented “Manufacturing Advantage?in Growth Leadership Forum ?Master of the Game, 20 September 2006 |
More than 400 representatives from the local manufacturing and services sectors attended the "Growth Leadership Forum" organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong).
Under the theme of "Master of the Game", the event provided a platform for local enterprises to share their successful experiences in spearheading their business growth under today's globalized competition. Forum panelists representing business leaders from various industry sectors shared their views on their strategies in market expansion, corporate financing, branding and cost control.
Ir Mr John Mok, Chairman of AML Group, was invited as one of the 4 forum panelists, presenting the last topic “Manufacturing Advantage? He explained in details on how labour cost, work efficiency, materials price, industrial facilities and product quality can improve the manufacturing cost advantage.
At the Forum, panelists representing the legal, banking, finance and accounting services also highlighted their SME-specific services.

| MD&M East 2006 in NY, US – 6-8 June 2006 |

We had participated in MD&M East in New York in Jacob K. Javits Convention Center this year. This is first time for AML Group to join the MD&M in the east coast of US. The show is held at 6-8 June, 2006 and very successful. The main purpose is to show our new products and manufacturing capabilities to different companies in US. During the show, we’ve met several new and existing customers. Some customer had contact us for further discussion after the show.
The exhibition is very successful and hopes to meet you in Yr 2007 in NY.

Productivity
& Quality Award 2005 - 27 February 2006
 AML
Group is a consecutive winner of the Hong Kong Industry Award in 2004
and 2005, which is a rare scene in the award history. Being recognized

MD&M West 2006 in CA,
US - 3 Feb 2006
 We
have participated in MD&M West 2006 in Anaheim Convention Center,
CA, US at booth no. 1572. During the exhibition period, 31 January –
2 February, we have shown our manufacturing capabilities to visitors
in “Electronic West” pavilion.
Cathay Pacific
Award, London - 1 February 2006
 The
Business Wings Award recognises innovation, creativity and dynamism
demonstrated by a UK based company in developing its business successfully
in Hong Kong and / or China and was awarded to Scientific Generics for
SGAI Tech Ltd: a joint venture between Scientific Generics the Cambridge
(UK) based technology consultancy and Automatic Manufacturing Ltd (AML)
a Hong Kong based manufacturer. SGAI Tech Ltd was established to forge
partnerships between the UK and Hong Kong and China to create, develop
and manufacture innovative, high-quality products in an efficient and
rapid manner. The concept for SGAI came when Scientific Generics was
asked to develop an enhanced version of the Scalextric slot car racing
system on behalf of toy manufacturer Hornby plc. As a result of the
partnership ‘Scalextric Sport Digital’ was unveiled at the
2004 London Toy Fair and SGAI Tech Ltd was launched in 2005. Despite
being a relatively new venture, the judging panel agreed that in the
formation of SGAI Tech Ltd, Scientific Generics demonstrates the spirit
of innovation and creativity between British and Chinese based companies
that the Business Wings Award was designed to recognise.
