The world’s biggest electronics event --- Hong Kong Electronics Fair was held successfully on 13-16 Oct at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is glad that our company is one of the exhibitors in this event. This provides a golden opportunity for us to show our excellent manufacturing and design capabilities, at the same time, to explore new technologies from other parties. In this year, our exhibits included breath alcohol analyzers, digital water timers, wireless energy monitor and wireless video door phone. Besides, GPS products were also shown. MD&M East is one of the largest events in East Coast for medical device and manufacturing with over 35,000 visitors and 2,000 exhibitors. AML has joint this event for 4 years and this year our booth no. is 2260. This show provides an excellent occasion to present our resources and capabilities for medical product development and manufacturing process. It also provides a valuable chance to develop new business partnership with potential customers. MD&M West is one of the largest design and manufacturing show held in the West coast of US, over 45,000 attendees and 3000 exhibitors. AML is one of the exhibitors this year with Booth no. 1992. In 2008, out of 37 competitors, AML won the “Machinery and Machine Tools Design” Grand Award from the Hong Kong Awards for Industries. This Grand Award represents the greatest performance which AML has achieved. Our awarded product, NovaPod, is designed for 3D bio-processing, provides a better platform for faster production of stronger stem cells than the traditional stem cell culture. NovaPod is designed with a gas permeable membrane for the required protection and developed to meet the essential requirement such as repeatability, reproducibility and controllability. In development and manufacturing the device, it has applied up-to-date electronic technologies (system on chip, feedback control for accuracy and stability).

The NovaPod project is just one of the many successful examples which AML has achieved. With as short as 6 months lead time, we completed the entire process of product development for commercialization, from design with excellence, prototyping, tooling, testing and manufacturing.

CES is the largest Consumer Electronic Event in the world. More than 2,700 exhibitors and 130,000 attendees participated in the show. AML is also one of the exhibitors in 2008 CES. It is a great show for us to demonstrate our new products to global visitors, also a golden chance for us to introduce our service, manufacturing capability and quality to world wide visitors. We also take this opportunity to have meeting with our customers. Our exhibit include wireless audio, energy monitor etc… It provides a fruitful opportunity for us to have business with potential customers and business partners.
