Our precision plastic injection machines are close-loop controlled by computerized servo for multi-steps injection and compression. We use real time web based monitor in class 30k/100k clean room for medical molding with traceability compliance.

We are expert in runnerless mold system, double-injection molding, over-molding, insert-molding, IML/IMD molding, high class synthetic rubber coating.

High quality is assured by mold design and process validation, Incoming Process Qualification (IPQ), Process Capability Index (CpK), Statistical Process Control (SPC) Technique, Gauge Measurement (GRR) and Sampling Plan (AQL), etc.
