Founded in March 2003, AML Corporate University (AMU) coaches the staff to deploy knowledge that staff have learnt from universities in company real cases accelerating company profitability and career development for mutual benefits.

AMU organizes team intelligence to innovate or create solutions to challenging problems, collaborating on experimental hardships and sharing successful experience with mutual benefits. After staff obtained advanced study in first discipline from universities, we offer (a) accelerated courses in second discipline for job rotation to commercial posts requiring double disciplines; (b) accelerated courses in management for fast promotion to junior manager in first discipline; (c) after obtaining MBA from universities then we coach department management scale for faster promotion to AGM; and (d) when new divisions are to be born, AMU coaches partnership and intrapreneurship. AMU courses include engineering, marketing and management that matches individual career development to company opportunities.
