Linkage with Universities

The opportunities for graduates to join AML are many and varied. Every year, AML delivers career talks and advice in local universities and we guide their students touring various departments in our PRC plants to better understand working environment. We have developed different co-operative schemes with local universities to provide a better opportunity for students to gain work experience while pursuing academic knowledge.
